Since passing the California Bar Exam, he has dedicated time and knowledge to the practice of DUI Defense. Over the years, Chad’s practice has expanded to include a focus on DUI defense, license suspensions, & DUI Writs and Appeals.
DUI Attorney Chad Maddox is dedicated to educating judges, prosecutors, peace officers, jurors, and clients, about DUI law and good police work. When the law is applied with an unbiased hand, and police work is done with integrity, our system works well. However, the law is often too distorted to reach a conclusion which is pre-determined to be accurate. Police work is often the product of assumptions about the officer’s training and the testing equipment which are undeserved. At the Law Offices of Chad Maddox we are dedicated to investigating these two factors for each of our clients to ensure arrested drivers are not wrongfully convicted.
