I am dedicated to educating judges, prosecutors, peace officers, jurors, and clients, about the law and good police work. When the law is applied with an unbiased hand, and police work is done with integrity, our system works well. However, the law is all too often distorted to reach a conclusion which is pre-determined to be accurate. Police work is often the product of assumptions about the officer’s training and the testing equipment which are undeserved. I am dedicated to investigating these two factors for each of my clients to ensure arrested drivers are not wrongfully convicted.
